Foothill's Advanced Theatre Arts brings to the stage an original adaptation of the 1946 film noir thriller "The Spiral Staircase" (and the novel the film was based on, "Some Must Watch" by Ethel Lina White).
As the occupants of a remote country manor batten down the shutters and lock their doors, they start to feel safe. Somewhere outside lurks a murderer of young girls, the latest almost in their back yard. Is there really safety in numbers, and what happens as the numbers start to dwindle?
