The Foothill High School Instrumental Music Program is where students make beautiful music, lasting friendships, a path toward a rewarding career, whatever that may be, and a lifelong passion. The Instrumental Music Guild is the parent-run booster organization that supports the program's goals. Together, we can make magic happen!
All returning and incoming Marching Band and Color Guard members need to have completed the Athletic Clearance process prior to participating in any summer and/or school year activities. This must be repeated annually.
Download the Physical Form to be completed by your care provider. A current physical is required for each school year and is valid for one calendar year from the date it was signed by the doctor.
Create an account to log in to the Home Campus site (formerly AthleticClearance.com) for Foothill/Santa Ana (CIF-SS). Complete your clearance process by uploading your signed Physical Form from Step 1.
